How to move subscribers from wordpress to wordpress org

When i moved my blog http://mohdarafat.com from wordpress.com to my own webshosting i had major problem that my 500+ subscribers were not getting email everytime i post on my blog and then i found out my subscribers did'nt move with my blog . So how do we move our subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org ? Lets find out in below points .

1- Install Jetpack Plugin in your wordpress 
2- Activate your Plugin and Connect your wordpress account with it 

Now write email to 

help@wordpress.com and ask them to move your subscribers do mention that you have already installed jetpack and mention your blog address They will move your subscribers in a day or two .
